Mathile, the man who made a fortune with his Iams Pet Food company (sold to Procter & Gamble for $2.3 billion in 1999), now teaches others what he learned in his Aileron Project. It offers management classes at some community colleges for owners (or future owners) of small businesses–from roofing companies, to landscaping businesses.
