In short, in deciding what career path you want to take I would advise first figuring out what is important to you in life, what interests you, and what you perceive to be your strengths.
The answer will vary depending if your focus in life is on giving back to the community, helping people, running your own business, etc.
From there you would want to identify what you are naturally interested in and identify what your strengths are. You aren't limited into going into a field that your strengths are well-suited for, as you can always develop weaknesses and you have plenty of time to do so but this would serve as a good starting point.
Would be happy to talk further as I went through the same decision process several years ago.
