Many businesses also employ accountants. In the Accounting profession you can work as a public Accountant for a large Accounting firm such as Price Waterhouse or Accenture. Working for these companies you will provide accounting consulting services in which you will provide business financial advice to client companies or you will audit the financial reports or pension plans of client companies.
You can lo work in the financial department of a company where you can start out as an Accountant and perhaps work your way up to become a Controller, Treasurer, or even Chief Financial Officer.
Finally, you can also work as an Accountant for many government agencies such as the IRS or the Treasury Department.

Business is a pretty large field that encompasses a lot of different professions. Accounting is obviously one of them but there is also Marketing, Human Resources, Account Management, Strategy, Finance, Project Management and more. I think the best way to see what suits you is to find an internship, speak with people in professions you're interested in, or take a tour of different companies. Usually your university career center can help with all three.
