The right teacher makes all the difference! Don't give up, try looking for a good tutor that can break it down so it makes sense. Talk to people you know who have taken physics see if you can get their opinion on teachers before registering for classes, look for a class with a good teacher. I had to wait 2 semesters for the physics teacher I wanted, and it was so worth it! He made physics idiot proof.
Don't give up on Physics. Reach out to your teachers and ask for help. In engineering math, physics and chemistry are important. You need to know the basic concepts in theses subjects even for bio, chemical or systems. Try taking non science physics classes in the summer so you can understand basic concepts and this will help.
