Architecture Questions

To go into this major is it mandatory to have some type of art skill or is it possible to learn along the way ?

In the spring of 2021 i will be graduating with a bachelors degree in general studies due to the transfer in my last year and the acceptance of my credits because the classes syllabus didn't match up with each other. i have many engineering, design, mathematics, physics, and chemistry classes on my transcript. i want to attend a masters program overseas and attain my degree in architecture. Is it possible? What should be my plan of action to make this a reality and affordable.
