Volunteer hours are just as important as job experience when it comes to resumes.

You have a couple of options of how to list these depending on what else is on your resume.

If you have both work and volunteer experiences you can list them in separate sections, being sure to highlight what you did in each.
Examples:

Or you can clump them all together in experiences and put volunteer as your position.
