Depends on how you want to stay in the medical field. If you plan to go to medical school, I'd suggest looking up requirements and making sure you cover them all. If you want to just be related to medicine in some way, you have more options. Biomedical Engineering, Tissue Engineering, Biotechnology, etc.
If you are interested in a subject, take or audit a class in that space to see if it appeals to you. Trying different fields is the best way to understand if you like a subject matter or not. Also, look for related internship or co-op opportunities to immerse yourself in the field to see how you like the actual work.
