Want free career or academic advice
from a professional?

How do I get started? Where do I begin to turn my life around? I really need some guidance. I am 100 percent willing to do the work I really just need the steps. So anyone who has a heart (everyone) I need some help.

I am a college dropout. I hate saying that due to the fact that I bust my hahaha all through high school to go straight to college after graduation and then get there and was blessed with a full ride academic scholarship. Peeerrffeeecccttt because my parents literally have no money, they are like retired but never really worked to be sitting and eating good. Don't get me wrong I love them to death but I rather leave this world before I live my whole life like them. Anyway cut the mushy stuff out I went to Virginia State University and took and English class that I thought would challenge me and keep me engaged only to not realize my weaknesses throughout the whole semester. Long story but I am trying to make it short I failed the class but still kept a 3.4 something GPA the scholarship requirements was to maintain a 3.2 but because I am an academic scholar they took my scholarship because I was not allowed to have a failing grade. Crazy right so what am I doing now I after a whole year of dropping out. By the way I only dropped out because like I said before Me and my family are broke. And w/out my scholarship I really couldn't afford anymore loans. So now I am living at home with my and I recently tried to rent someone's basement but I don't make enough so I'm back at home bored and unhappy with the way my life turned out. I'm talking like its too late cause that's how it feels I recently got fired and now I just booked a job at Smokey Bones being a waitress. Bills are behind a whole month going on two and I'm still training. What is my next move? What is the first step to turning my life around and becoming a success?
