Excellent idea! Mattering on where you are in life, you should start your education and experience soon!

Now it's two-fold -- cosmetics and business.

For cosmetics, you want the work experience through working for someone else. Letting them know you would be interested in running your own business one day would be good, as you can then ask if they can mentor you.
I'm sure you know more than I about formal cosmetics education too!

For business, you can't replace real world experience. Again, try to get it in the cosmetics area!
College education is there, but it's expensive. You might want to try out some introductory business courses available online for free. Try websites like Coursera or edX. They have great courses on business -- and free!
