Be prepared to work hard! First and foremost, you need to continuously learn new things both in- and outside of your organization. Get jobs in different areas and make sure you contribute to the success.
As far as education -- Administration, Management, or Marketing is useful and general enough that it doesn't lock you into one area (accounting can be more restrictive, but not necessarily! Only if you allow it for the most part!)
For you to truly be successful, you will need to be passionate. Make sure you are enjoying what you are part of!
