I would recommend looking into taking some classes in business law, accounting and/or finance, management, and marketing strategy. While it is not a necessity to have a business degree to start and maintain a successful business, basic knowledge of these subject areas will provide you with valuable insight and an understanding of important topics to help your business get from start-up to success.
