Only if you think it would be productive to you. AND only if it will NOT mess up your school work.
I worked and went to school at night to finish my degree but I had to pay rent and a car note too. So work experience would be great, but don't let anyone get in the way of finishing your degree. That is definitely priority number ONE...
I worked full time while I was in college and it was difficult but a part time job is more manageable. A Part time job especially in the business field will give you valuable experience to help you land the job that you are looking for in the future, it will also give you some spending money.
Yes, try to get one that is related to what you want to do after college, even if it is a volunteer position.
When I was in college I was able to get part-time work on campus. It was great because I was able to get to know my school more in-depth and made some great connections that helped me along the way. Plus, since I was on campus or in an apt nearby, I could walk to work after a class. Depending on what your career choice for the future is, you might want to see if you can find a college job that matches your major. That will look great on your resume, as well as giving you a topic of conversation during a job interview. Whatever you do, keep up your grades! Best of luck!
