You will need to be a little more specific. It can range from owning a business to working in a business. Generally people start off as individual contributors and some later become managers.
Companies differ a lot. You have to take into account the size of company. In a smaller company, you might be called upon to do more - and a variety of jobs - while in a bigger company, there will be a specific person you can call for help or talk to.
You will need to decide how much people interaction you like. A front desk receptionist deals with people everyday, all day. A computer programmer typically spends most of the day in front of computer (note, the computer is silent - no conversation).
You also need to decide if you want to work with or around children or adults. If you like children, you might become a teacher. If you like adults, then a corporation where adults work will be better.
Your skills will play a big part in this.
