Congratulations on your pending graduation! There are a plethora of consulting jobs you could be looking to get - but, as Steve had pointed out earlier, it will take a few years to build up your resume. Consultants are experts in their specific areas, and so you need to get that experience to become an expert first.
To give you an example, I had a dual BA in Psychology and Russian, then spent 7 more years working in multiple industries, getting my Masters (not business related), and getting a security clearance, before I could apply and gain entrance into consulting at one of the Big Four. It sounds like a long time, but do not let that dissuade you! It will fly by, before you even know it.
That being said, you can be a lot more deliberate in your experiences that I had been, which will shorten your wait time. Happy to chat about some options/ strategies, if desired.
No consulting jobs quite yet. You need to get out there and do some hard work. Then you need to refine your field into a specialty that is in demand. Museums, forensics , universities, and the study of artifacts. You could find a career that is exciting, rewarding, and fun. But you've got to put in the hard work, find your specialty, and then a consultancy might be possible.
