Have an Answer?
I am in my 50's also and have found my dream career of being a tutor at a community college. It took me a long time and a lot of jobs to land this one. I love Excel too, Since you are great with organizing and Excel and have a Bachelor's degree, you could apply to Accounting jobs or bookkeeping, have your own business or work in the medical field with the EMT team as a professional office manager. There are many careers you can undertake with your background! Choose one or two that combines most of your skills and experiences.
If you haven't already, take some valid and free online assessments. Or if you have some money tucked away, you can take the Birkman Assessment or another official assessment. I do not know how much these run now. I can look up the career sites I have bookmarked on my computer and add another response to this thread.
If you have any questions or ideas, please feel free to add to this thread. Best wishes and keep on truckin'!!
Odd my question didn't post, but I am wondering what second career path would be good for me to pursue with this background/experience?
What is your question?
