Before you start applying to any university consider going to a bookstore and reading up on this field. As an HR manager your human contact will be mostly limited through phone calls and their will be a lot of paper work next to it , which usually requires computer work (you mentioned that you did not like that). You need to dig a little deeper and find something that you really enjoy doing. I find that the best way to find a job that you like, is to spend some time in a bookstore, there you will have all the information needed for each field and maybe you will find a topic that sparks your interest. Nobody can really tell you which job suits you best. The only way is to find it yourself.
