The experience you have as an Intervention Specialist can only be an asset in a regular education classroom. From experience, I can tell you that the classrooms are becoming more and more populated with students with various disabilities from delayed ability to read to forms of autism. You will have a wealth of knowledge from which to draw for ideas about how to implement curriculum to all students.
