Probably. It will also allow you to see other graduate education options that you might be interested in. You should check the benefit package to see the educational component. They may offer tuition at that university or a package of general tuition in any school. They may ask for a commitment from you to stay and work at that facility in some capacity, if they pay for your tuition.
