I feel education is the gateway to success. I want to take this passion for education into the business world. I currently have a bachelors in accounting and currently received my masters in human resources. I know I want to go a step further and work toward a doctorate in business administration, but I'm not sure if I should gain experience first. Should I gain experience? If so, which jobs would be best for gaining experience if my ultimate goal is a long term career in academia?
