There are a lot of different careers out there for educations. You want to find a career that best suits your personal views and needs. I have experience working in both large, public classrooms and small, private, one-on-one settings.

If you'd like to work in a public setting, you may want to consider going to school to get licensed. You can choose a major based on if you'd like to teach special education, physical education, early childhood education, elementary, middle school, high school, or many other things! You can then choose which subjects you'd like to specialize in.

If you choose to work in a small, private, learning center type setting, your options will much more pre-defined for you. Some learning centers only teach one or two subjects (math or reading) while others teach all the subjects (math, reading, science, etc.). Also, learning centers may only cater to one age group or all the age groups! Some learning centers may require you to be a licensed teacher while others may not. It depends on which company you work for.
