Try a drill down approach. First think about what kind of people you would like to work with. Children? Teens? Young Adults? Middle age? Elderly? Then think about context. With that population, would you enjoy a classroom setting? Outdoor hands-on type education? Professional development? Formal (school) education? Trade school? Then how do you want to do this? Large groups? One-on-one tutoring? As you drill down through these choices, you'll probably narrow in on an area of education that interests you. Then find some volunteer (or at least some observation/shadowing) opportunities and see if the field you've narrowed to is really up your alley. If not, go through the process again. Good luck!
