Check different daycare, and preschools in your area so see if they have internship programs, you can also go into several places that you find upstanding and just ask to shadow them for a week, most people don't turn down free help! Do the leg work and research owning a business as well, there's more to running a daycare than just making activities for children. Before any of this though you should start by working at a daycare to see if you actually like it, knowing a business from the ground up is always the best way to get the full scope of what it's really like.
