What should I officially major in? How do certain smaller degrees affect the higher ones? (As in content.)

I have a problem! I am interested in so many things. I have a passion for learning and going to school. My main worry is that once I choose a major/career path is that I will be missing out or waste time and money and have to go back to square one if I change my mind. I am seeing this decision as one that will determine the rest of my life (and what do I know!?) Once I am all done with my studies and start that career I thought I wanted....I fear that it won't be what I expected or match my personality. I am halfway to getting an Associates Degree( and want to further my education from there as well) and have no idea where to begin. Help!!!

Find an area you love before you think about it as a career. You have to say to yourself, "is this what I want to do every day because I look forward to it, not because I have to do it."

I would first sit down and list what you love to do. I understand your worry. I love school myself and really hope that the major that I chose is the right one. I think once you try to list what you love to do it will become apparent as to what your major should be.
