I am highly intrigued by film production. My dream is to become a director, producer, and screen play writer. I am always writing, and I am one of the best writers in my English class. Secondly, I have written a television show already and have kept it ready to pitch it to anyone that will listen. Film is not something that I want to do, it is something that I have to do. But what are my chances? Will I be a starving artist? Will college be a waste? What jobs can I pursue with a Film Degree? Do

Your chances are slim. You might be a starving artist. You don't need a college degree, However the knowledge you'll gain and connections that you'll make are very worthwhile. What is most important is your work. It's great that you're writing and passionate about your work. Keep doing it to hone your craft and gather a portfolio. This will be useful to you in applying for college and/or seeking jobs.
