I really have passion for expression, and I just love being creative. But also films are designed to touch a specific audience and inspire them. To be completely honest I would love to do that.

Try writing some screenplays and making shorts. Be Ambitious, don't stop at five mins go to forty or more. Speilberg did a film called Firelight or what not. It's lost now, but he did it. Make shorts or a feature based around shorts that can come together as one....

If you want to do horror find interesting ideas don't do the norm, look for public domain ideas and more....Then write shorts or scripts you can do with friends and family.

I'm a horror fanatic myself. My advice is to start small and work your way up.Take acting and video production type classes in high school and college. I know you prefer horror but I suggest to also try to audition into as many plays as possible. Most great actors, actresses, and directors start here. Then there are many colleges like NY where they specifically teach you how to direct.
