Hello, I would say go for both. The entertainment industry is very competitive and you don't want to be an "one trick pony." Think of the Disney stars, they are a triple threat, meaning they have acting, dancing, and singing abilities. Take a variety of dance classes such as ballet, hip hop, contemporary, modern, street jazz, etc to make you more versatile. Also, take a few acting classes. Try teleprompter, ear prompter, and on camera acting classes to become more comfortable on camera. Audition for acting and dance opportunities. Join local dance companies or teams or acting groups to continue to build your craft and to NETWORK. Both dance and acting are great careers. Be the BEST you can be and WORK HARD!!!! Best of luck to you
