I am allergic to gluten. Living a gluten free lifestyle is difficult because there simply are not too many good options when it comes to buying bread and pastries in the store. Most of the time the gluten free products you find in the store are not quality but will cost a lot. It is my dream to open a gluten free restraint and bakery.
