I'm currently working as a research associate in a genetics lab and I hate it. I can't stand doing the same thing every day. It's mind-numbing. What is a good paying career path that allows me to work outdoors, have a variety of responsibilities, good pay, and opportunities to associate with other people.

Try going for recreational therapy as a major and I bet you will have fun with what you do because you get to work with a variety of people, very good pay, and work outdoors.
