Good question, I will tell one thing first, I'm not professionally experienced, but i have some good experience in the field, First of all things, you will need a big brain that think and executes fast enough to stay in the competition in order to grow you customer base. Money is a big issue in this industry which means that you have to find a way to stay in the competition, but at the same time you want be able to make off a pretty good profit that will make you grow at the least 15% every year so that you will be able to expand your business as you draw more customers to your side that any other competitor. The secret is keeping prices low and being able to still make off a significant profit than that of your opponent. This just doesn't just come to you randomly; you have to work for it, stay high quality than your competitor or if you happen to have the same quality, change the price to create pressure which will suddenly kick em out. Its competitive, but the focus should be on PROFIT and transforming your business for "small not so significant" to "you can't try me" kinda business. Have goals each year. STAY AMBITIOUS.
