This is the exact same thing that happened to me. I loved economics, but didnt know what to do with it. you have two options:

a) Keep on loving it and learning more and more by teaching it. You could go on to do your graduate studies in literature. Select the specific era of literature you are interested in. Read more. Share with students what you read and think about these. Or best, you could start writing and creating your own piece which could become literature in future. - This is what I call an active literature lover.

b) you could also get an undergraduate degree in literature and possibly venture out into areas which require you to use your expositional skills such as - journalism. Journalism allows you to blend your expression with the area you desire to think and report about. Or you could do content writing for a lot of printed or online material. you could join a publishing house where you get to read unpublished works of established authors and work along with them.

The world is an ocean and there are opportunities for you to seek. Best of Luck!
