The best one is the Strengths Finder by Tom Rath. While it does cost money it will give you a comprehensive look at everything you are good at and where your weaknesses lie. The best part is that it also helps you figure out how to use them to the best of your abilities. There are free ones, but they are flimsy and unreliable. Easily one of the best things I've ever spent my money on.
