I have become quite interested in Crisis Management recently. I am a second year Psychology student, and work for an international, non-profit law firm which primarily handles public policy issues at the state and federal level. What would be most beneficial to me in proceeding with a career in Crisis Management?

I think you have several options:
1) Talk to your boss about your interest and see if that kind of work is available in your organization.
2) Talk to your school counselor to see if there are courses you could take that would further expose you to this field.
3) Read this article http://melissaagnes.com/wanna-be-crisis-management-professional-heres-what-you-should-know/
4) https://www.indeed.com/q-Crisis-Management-jobs.html take a look at this job search. research the available jobs in the market. This will give you an indication of what kind of skills you need to land a position in crisis management.
Wish you the best of luck!
