I've seen that Law, Political Science, and History are three recurring majors for the Government careers, I was curious what exactly it was that you had to do to become a successful piece of that workforce. Careers in specific would be: Political Consultants, Municipality Governing positions etc. Thank you for your response

Hello. My Master's degree is in Urban Studies, and my undergraduate is in Business Administration, minor in Economics. I currently work for a national laboratory, supporting the US Department of Energy. I work on the research side of the government sector. If you want to remain on the policy side of government work, I'd say political science, communications, business or public administration. I hope this helps!
