Get a part-time job, and some employers offer tuition assistance for continuing education. Some require it to be in a field related to their professional work, though.

Go at night, it took me over five years at night but I finally achieved my Master's. I know a job during the day then classes is a load, but you are working for yourself! Your employer will normally be encouraging, and your debt will be less. We are now living in an age of specialization and the competition is fierce, this might be your best bet.
