I love to build things and tinker on different items, what school would be best for me?

I am in 10th grade at the moment and am looking ahead to technical schools but i don't know what i want to do exactly. I love to build and tinker on everything i can get my hands on, be it computers, radios, and basically anything electronic. It got to the point where i have built many things including a backpack with a 8 speakers and 2 sub-woofers that are powered by a 12V battery and inverter. I have also put together a hypothetical computer that would be able to run almost anything for a common household without it being connected to a outside server or be stored in its own room. I'm really into all tech related items and don't know what to do with my self once i get out of high school. I have also done C.A.D and have helped in a school community program that is to help put forward engineering, technology, and science. In this program our CAD class helped design an outdoor classroom fit with a reusable water source and possible solar power capability's. I have also been looking into "Coil guns" or "Gauss guns" that use magnetic fields, the fact that you can shoot a projectile using reusable energy is fascinating. I'm sorry for this being a really all over the place.. what ever this is but that's just how i am, i love everything and get into things really easily so its always been hard to focus on one thing, thanks for the help ahead of time.

It sounds like you do have a pretty good idea of what you want to do! Those interests are awesome.

Would you be interested in a 4 year degree in engineering or are you looking more at 2 year technical schools? Do you like taking math and science classes?
