Can I obtain my degree from Argentina as an international lawyer and practice law in the United States?
Corporate law occasionally involves some litigation, which is what the courtroom would be all about. However, if you are interested in strictly in-house counsel and avoiding the courtroom, then pursuing an area of law which rarely proceeds to trial would be your best bet. Look into employment law, or taxation, as those attorneys rarely ever make it to trial because of their client's desire to not have to wonder or guess about the outcome. You could also consider becoming an Investigator or Inspector General--just as a few options.
