Working for a Biotech/Pharma company as a Research Associate would be your best bet. Your job would involve conducting experiments in laboratory. Your work with be a part of greater drug research and/or development projects within the company to cure a particular disease. If the idea of having innovative treatments for patient suffering from various diseases gives you a kick, then this field will be a good pay off in terms of work satisfaction.

In this field, higher education is values a lot. So depending on your level of interest and how far you want to go in this field, you may want to consider getting a graduate degree as well.
