Being an OB/ GYn is taking care off women. General OB/Gyn usually take care of pregnant patients and perform GYn surgeries. There are subspecialties in OB/GYN such as Gyn oncologist, Reproductive endocrinologist, maternal fetal medicine, Uro/gyn. The subspecialties make more money than the general oB/Gyn. The money part always changes because it depends on where you are working. I would not choose career to be rich. It is great if it pays well but what will happen when you get there and the money you make does not meet your expectation then what?
