I just graduated in May with a BA in English and History, but now I planned on going back to school to get my second bachelors in nursing. I am currently enrolled in some of the prereqs including Anatomy & Physiology I (with lab), Chemistry (with lab), Microbiology (with lab), and statistics. I hate taking all these sciences and it is making me second guess my decision to be a nurse. Is there anything I can do with my BA in Eng and Hist? What would be a good next step?

You have to ask yourself why you do not like those classes. I really cannot remember everything about those classes. I don't use them in my career. I am an oncology nurse so I have learned a lot about cancer and how it affects the body pathologically. Nursing requires a person who enjoys helping others intellectually, emotionally and physically. It requires someone who is compassionate, wanting to teach and educate about the process of illness and disease. It can also be how to promote health. so it's much more than just these 3 classes. You have to look and try and find out what you see yourself doing. There is a lot of writing and history in nursing. There are so many jobs in nursing that can fit just about anyone. Look into all nursing jobs and see if you can see yourself doing this before you judge the nursing career on 3 subjects.
