I am no professional, in fact I myself am seeking advice on this site :)
But I would like to impart any wisdom that I can...

Let me start off by saying, there are so many good career options. But you must narrow down your search by assessing your educational background, what programs and degrees have you pursued if any? Evaluating this will help you establish what you are already qualified for.
Secondly, what are you interested in, what causes do you stand for, whats your skill set and how would it be beneficial in a potential career, what do you do well and enjoy doing?

For example, maybe being a Therapist is not your ideal career. But if you've already been trained in that arena, and find that you enjoy helping people on a psychological level- maybe you'll find that Business Psychology is an option. Studying Business Psychology can prepare you for a career in, "Marketing/Advertising and to be a Chief Court Administrator, Human Resource Specialist, or an Entrepreneur"*.

These are just some options from a Business standpoint, but there are plenty of others available to you, I'd encourage you to continue to research, narrow your search based on your own preferences, and find out what suits you. I hope you find what you are looking for!
