I graduated from University of Dayton with a degree in Human Rights Studies and Political Science, I worked for a year in Refugee Resettlement and had to take a break because the pressure was too intense. I am trying to figure out if I should get my masters and what I should get my masters in. I don't know if I want to do Social Work or not. Can I get some insight and help?

I agree that human rights related work can be tense. However, you are definitely doing some good (so know that up front). You need to look at where you want to be in regards to your career goals and then consider and search your heart as to whether or not a graduate degree is needed. I got my Master's degree in International & Multicultural Education where I was able to focus on social justice issues. It's not necessarily what I'm doing full-time in my life or part of my "dream job" goals, but it did provide me with the foundation to "educate beyond four walls" and has empowered my volunteer work.
