Hmmm well I will tell you stress in very common in this field. My professors always instructed us to practice self care. Ways that I manage my stress are doing yoga, reading, setting boundaries with work and personal life, listening to music, hanging out with friends and getting enough sleep. Sometimes on my day off I just lay in bed, watch tv and just relax. No phone calls, no emails but me time. What are some things you enjoy doing that you can incorporate into your life for self care?

Exercise and finding ways to fit in your hobby's no matter where you are. While in graduate school, I had 3 clinical site locations that were nowhere near my home. I brought my bike and golf clubs and joined a gym. These were my ways of releasing stress.
