Sounds to me like a senior buyer at Target! Someone who understands business, not clothes per se. You are involved with the latest items but you decide how many units are placed at each store, you approve the display and you decide where on the floor they go. I don't know why this came through as hospitality but it doesnt have anything to do with hospitality. Maybe look into fashion merchandising. Being outgoing and being able to talk are great traits to have in the business world. if anything perhaps just a Business Management degree is enough, and use your talent of talking to people to network your way into different positions. Business Management can do anything.
