There are many jobs for introverted people do not despair! I know some sales people who are introverted but when they get in front of a customer their personality changes. The question is how much are you willing to engage with other people? There are tests you can take like Myers Briggs type indicator which help you to understand your personality more specifically. Understanding what situations or areas you are introverted with can help you to work around or improve in these areas. I don't know the hospitality industry other than going to hotels many times for business travel but I think you could find jobs where you don't have to "make the first move" example: Jobs responding to contact from clients may be easier for you than jobs where you have to take the first step to seek out customers.
