I am not sure where you are in the internship selection process. My recommendation would be to apply for an internship with a company/organization where you want to work. Internships are on the job training. Wherever and whoever you intern with should be aware of your employment desire. You should take this internship very seriously and plan on meeting as many people as possible. You will be on-site so you have an opportunity to hear of job openings. I would ask to meet with the General Manager and the HR Director. Ask to intern in an area where you seek employment. Meet as many people as possible, and make sure you use this opportunity to create value. You want your future employers to see you in action so be on time, ask for more work, be professional, SHINE!
