I would focus on getting part-time or full-time work during the day and got to classes in the evening.
Experience matters way more than a degree. Someone with two years of experience and no "paper" is more valuable than someone that has paper but no experience.
Find the best person that you can that is doing what you want to do and find a way that you can help them and be their apprentice. Do whatever it takes to work with the best. That is better than any degree.
Also, "try it before you buy it". Work the job you are thinking of getting a degree in. Imagine the suffering if you get a degree in nursing and then find out a year in that you cannot stand needles.
