What is your background? If you have some business or operational experience, that may help. If not, your best entry will be administrative role--entry level clerical work. Once you are in, learn the tasks your are given and then be a sponge for what is happening around you. Volunteer for committees, ask to observe meetings. Once you have some base experience, you can build on that to contribute more to the business.
