If you like recruiting, you can get into that field and specialize in recruiting counselors and others related to your studies (or recruit engineers or nurses, or what ever profession).
Recruiting is a great field, with exposure to other parts of the company you're in.
You might have to start at an entry-level role, but if you're passionate about it, you can move up quickly.
