I can tell you my experience as I completed my bachelor's degree while holding a full-time job. I looked for local colleges and universities that offered the field of study I was looking for - and offered evening/weekend/online classes. It took me 10 years, by taking 1-2 classes a semester, but I finally got my bachelor's degree.
I felt accomplished because during the same time I also gained skills and networked at work so I had a lot more options for my next professional step.
Hope this helps.
