I think this depends on your finances, both are good options. In my experience, most practicing Social Workers have a Master's Degree. You need to look at the job market because this may help direct your path. There are colleges that offer a 3 and 2 plan. You do the bachelors in 3 years and stay right on for an additional two of masters.
A good social worker makes a tremendous difference! Good Luck

I would say that if you really love college and enjoy higher learning, there is no reason why you shouldn't continue and obtain your Bachelor's degree. It always looks better on your Resume and you could potentially earn more money.
